Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team. You will oversee security services for staff, facilities, and assets, and lead a team of security officers to ensure safety and order.

You will develop and implement security policies, conduct investigations, coordinate patrols, and respond to emergencies. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus, and experience with surveillance systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security management role.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lead a team of security officers while maintaining order and discipline.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and act calmly in emergency situations.
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
