Job summary

Want More is seeking a Security Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE to oversee safety for premises and personnel, and to lead security staff. The role includes managing CCTV, access controls and alarm systems, plus implementing robust security strategies across sites.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, excellent communication, and proven problem-solving track record. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, possess strong communication and leadership skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and be able to work flexible hours when necessary. They should also be able to provide examples of successful security implementations they have been involved with in the past.

Responsibilities

• Managing security staff and developing strategies to ensure the safety of both premises and personnel, as well as administrating security systems such as CCTV cameras, access controls and alarm systems.
• Conducting regular investigations into any security breaches or issues that arise, providing reports on findings and proposing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensuring that all security protocols are followed by all employees at all times, as well as ensuring compliance with all local laws regarding safety and security regulations.
• Responding quickly to any emergency situation that may arise in order to minimize any potential risks or damage.
