The Role

We are currently seeking a Security Manager for our client, a contracting company under an established developer based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance the security operations across all their project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure security compliance across construction sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend security upgrades as necessary.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Train and manage security personnel to ensure high standards of vigilance and professionalism.
• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for permits, compliance, and emergency coordination.
• Maintain surveillance systems and access control measures to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or contracting sector.
• Prior experience in the military or police force will be a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment procedures, and emergency response planning.
• Familiarity with Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and other regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
