Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a Security Guard to perform duties across site security and visitor assistance. The role requires maintaining a neat uniform and hygiene, monitoring contractors, and reporting to the protection supervisor.

You will document incidents, assist with emergency procedures, and patrol the premises, including entry points, to ensure safety and security standards are met. Candidates should have at least 1 year of guard experience and Hindi language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hindi language is required.
• 1 year of guard experience preferred.
• SIRA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties and assist with duties from the outward bound change with all info and tools.
• Monitor proper uniform, hygiene and appearance; report cleaner's work as per company standards.
• Document and aid visitors, service providers, and maintenance staff as per firm standards.
• Relay information to protection supervisor/manager and building administration as required.
• Maintain daily incident logs in the protection log publication.
• Assist in control of groups at entry and outside entrances during emergencies.
• Patrol the building from roof to basement as per standards.
• Assist tenants with complaints and relocation needs as required.
