Job summary

PACE Springfield International School in Al Awir, Dubai, is seeking a responsible Security Guard to protect students, staff and property. You will monitor access, patrol the premises, respond to incidents and support safety policies.

Requirements include High School Certificate or equivalent, UAE SIRA certification preferred, and basic English. 1–5 years of relevant experience is requested. Full-time role with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of students, staff, and visitors.
• Patrol school premises to ensure safety and security.

• Report suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Assist with traffic management during student arrival and dismissal.
• Ensure gates and access points are secured.
• Support emergency evacuation procedures and drills.
• Maintain daily security records and incident reports.
