Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Security Coordinator to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on supporting security operations with analytics, rostering and admin tasks, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures across landside and airside activities.

You will conduct performance reviews, drive training initiatives and maintain auditing documentation, contributing to a secure and efficient airport environment and protecting assets, passengers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation operations and supervision.
• Ability to analyze incidents and identify root causes.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support security operations with statistics, logistics, roster patterns and administration.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement training/development initiatives.
• Maintain documents, manuals and records for auditing; review SOPs and contracts.
• Conduct random and routine audits of EKFC handling to heighten security.
• Collate information and produce reports to protect passengers, crew, cargo and assets.
• Oversee EK lost and found operations and suggest process improvements.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the security operations with regards to statistics, logistics, roster patterns and administration etc.


• Conduct effective performance reviews, implementation of training/development initiatives and consistent application of company policy.


• Maintain documents, manuals and records for auditing purposes, ensuring they are kept up to date. Contribute in the review of standard operating procedures, contracts and other relevant documents that have an impact on operations.


• Conduct random and routine audit checks of processes involved in EKFC handling at both landside and airside operations to heighten the barriers against unlawful interference.


• Collate information and produce reports for management with the aim of protecting the safety and security of the passengers, aircraft personnel, cargo and assets of the Company.


• Oversee the operations handling of EK lost and found items, detect areas of improvement and suggest any changes to processes.

Qualification

• Experience in aviation, supervision and root cause analysis


• Computer literacy


• Ability to write reports in a comprehensive manner
