  • Lead decision-making and provide guidance in handling disruptive passengers, deportees, and security threats. Escalate critical issues to the line manager and ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
  • Maintain effective relationships with embassies, consulates, immigration, and local security authorities and stakeholders to stay updated on global practices and ensure smooth handling of sensitive passenger cases.
  • Coordinate operational activities and elevate critical decisions to line manager in cases involving aircraft security threats. Maintain effective communication with airport authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth passenger handling, minimizing disruptions and reducing potential liabilities for the Emirates Group.
  • Identify opportunities to promote document check services to other airlines, prepare commercial proposals, and contribute to revenue generation through strategic partnerships.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the internal and external stakeholders to uphold high standards of professionalism. Oversee staff rosters, leave plans, and contribute to budget preparation while ensuring team development through performance reviews and training initiatives.

  • Possess excellent communication and analytical capabilities, including report writing, stakeholder engagement, performance analysis, and interdepartmental coordination with authorities.
  • Be highly organised and detail‑oriented, skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, decision-making, and proficient in Microsoft Office and airline operational systems (e.g., DCS, Altea, Amadeus).
