Job summary

Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced L2 SOC Analyst to investigate complex security alerts, lead incident responses, and mentor junior analysts. You will contribute to improving detection tools and SOC processes while leveraging SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies.

The role requires 4+ years hands-on SOC experience, strong English communication, and relevant certifications such as Security+, GCIH, GCIA, or CISSP are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Investigate & respond to escalated security alerts and perform root-cause analysis.
• Build and tune SIEM/SOAR use cases and detection rules.
• Threat Hunt to uncover hidden threats and IOCs.
• Mentor L1 analysts and contribute to SOC process improvements.
• Requires 4+ years hands-on SOC experience.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms, SOAR tools, and EDR.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+, GCIH, GCIA, or CISSP are a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong English communication skills.
