Job summary

Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced L2 SOC Analyst to investigate complex security alerts, lead incident responses, and mentor junior analysts. You will help enhance our detection capabilities and protect client environments from evolving threats.

Requirements include 4+ years in a SOC, deep SIEM/SOAR experience, EDR and packet analysis skills, plus strong English communication. This on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with opportunities to improve SOC processes and security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC environment.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms, plus EDR and network packet analysis.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are a strong plus (e.g., CISSP, GCIA, GCIH).
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to escalated security alerts and incidents.
• Build and tune SIEM/SOAR use cases and detection rules.
• Threat hunt to identify hidden threats and IOCs.
• Mentor L1 analysts and improve SOC processes and security policies.
