Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively managing a portfolio of properties
  • Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
  • Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
  • Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary
  • Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries professionally
  • Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database
  • Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
  • Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese is a plus)
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred
  • Strong negotiation tactics and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organized and efficient
