ANZUK Education is seeking a Secondary Maths Teacher for Sharjah, UAE to start ASAP 2026 or Jan 2027. You will teach secondary maths under the Australian Victorian curriculum across middle and senior school grades as the school grows toward a full K-12.

The Role

You will be teaching Maths at secondary level including middle and senior school grades through the Australian curriculum. Currently the school is only up to Grade 10, but growing with every year to be a full K-12 school in future.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoymentwith a strong focus on student well-being
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success

• Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, demonstrating cultural sensitivity

Requirements

• Bachelors / Post-graduate studies in education / relevant teaching subject
• Valid teaching licence/ current teaching registration preferably from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, US or Canada (e.g. VIT, QTS).
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience at relevant age range
• Experience with the Australian Curriculum is advantageous but not essential
• Previous international teaching experience, particularly within the Middle East context, would be an advantage

• Flexibility and resilience required to work in a team at fast growing schools
