A leading educational institution in Dubai is seeking an inclusion teacher for the academic year 2025-26. The role involves demonstrating inclusive practices and coaching classroom teachers to meet the diverse needs of students. Candidates should have teaching experience and SEND qualifications. Working hours are 7:25 AM to 4:15 PM, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
We are looking for an inclusion teacher for the remaining two terms of the academic year 2025‑26.

In line with KHDA guidance, the support teacher is “a highly competent teacher who demonstrates a high level of skill and ability in applying inclusive approaches within their teaching practices. Their core function is to serve as a role model, coach and mentor to classroom teachers as they work to develop their practices to meet the learning needs of the children”.
All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks covering the previous 10 years’ employment history.

All staff are required to carry out any tasks required by the school or the regional office to facilitate the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.
To be line managed by the Head of Inclusion.
Hours of work – 7:25 am to 4:15 pm Monday to Thursday; 7:25 am to 12:00 pm Friday, plus occasional evening and weekend work.
Holidays – as per the school KHDA approved calendar.
All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures, including an online due diligence search, references and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks covering the previous 10 years’ employment history.
