Job summary

JobLeader in Sharjah is seeking an experienced waiter/waitress for a full-time role with accommodation. You will greet guests, take orders, serve, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Answer any questions about the menu or daily specials
• Ensure accuracy of billing and process payments through POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service
