Job summary

Decagon Scaffolding in UAE seeks an experienced Storekeeper to oversee day-to-day store operations within the scaffolding industry. The role requires minimum 3 years' experience in scaffolding, construction, or steel manufacturing, and proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities include managing receiving/issuing, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with procurement and site teams to ensure materials availability and compliance with procedures.

• Strong inventory control and record-keeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, issuing, and proper storage of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
• Monitor material movement, stock levels, and inventory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain GRNs, material issue records, and store documentation.
• Ensure proper identification, organization, and safe storage of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and site teams regarding material requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company procedures.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies to the concerned department.
