Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks for customers, following established recipes.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.
• Monitor customer consumption levels and ensure that customers do not become intoxicated.
• Ensure that all alcohol is stored properly and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu items, ingredients and preparation methods.
