Job summary

Avanta Works in Dubai is seeking an experienced Barista for a seasonal role. You will welcome customers, take orders and craft a range of beverages including espresso-based drinks and iced coffees while delivering friendly, English-speaking service to a diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate has prior barista experience in a fast-paced setting, knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods, and a preference for specialty coffee environments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
• Experience in specialty coffee shops preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders
• Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso, cappuccino, iced coffee)
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate in English with an international clientele
