Job summary

PrimeEstate in Dubai is seeking a Barista - Coffee Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering excellent service and craft coffee using a variety of brewing techniques.

Indian nationality preferred, full-time with weekend shifts. Visa sponsorship available and accommodation allowance for candidates outside Dubai. Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced environment, strong English communication, and ability to operate coffee equipment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of different brewing techniques and passion for coffee.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and equipment.
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages per standards.
• Educate customers about coffee selection and brewing methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels.
• Attend training sessions to improve skills.
