Qualifications

• 6+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Agency background with multiple client accounts.
• Proven results in competitive sectors like business setup, real estate, finance or legal.
• Hands-on GEO/AEO experience and understanding of AI platforms sourcing content.
• Strong technical SEO skills with Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of UAE/MENA search landscape.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow or headless CMS.
• Excellent client communication, reporting and presentation skills; CRM attribution and Looker Studio dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies across client accounts, driving qualified leads and measurable business results.
• Own keyword research, topic architecture and content planning across different industries.
• Lead technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang and site migrations.
• Improve AI search visibility through clear entity positioning, answer-focused content and AI citation tracking.
• Guide content teams on search intent, accuracy and E-E-A-T.
• Oversee digital PR, link building, local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Report on rankings, organic lead quality, conversions, AI visibility and campaign performance.
• Work closely with clients, developers, content teams and paid media specialists.

• Knowledge of the UAE / MENA search landscape.
• Experience with structured data and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow or headless systems.
• Strong client communication, reporting and presentation skills, including experience with CRM attribution and Looker Studio or similar dashboards.

Arabic SEO, programmatic SEO, GCC digital PR, and basic Python or SQL skills would be advantageous.
