In this role, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube, while collaborating with SEO and analytics teams to drive measurable growth.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and passionate about leveraging search data to improve performance, lower acquisition costs, and increase ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google and Bing.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Create detailed performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with SEM industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads and/or Bing Ads).
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, and quality score optimization.
