Job summary

Neev seeks an experienced Technical Presales Consultant specializing in SD-WAN and SASE to support enterprise networking and cybersecurity solution design, customer engagement, and presales activities.

The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SD-WAN and SASE, be able to design solutions, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers. 5–10 years in presales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant technical presales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Versa, Aruba, Zscaler, or related SD-WAN/SASE technologies are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand business, networking, security, and connectivity requirements from customers.
• Design and propose SD-WAN and SASE solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and assessments.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), BOMs, and technical proposals.
• Develop presentations, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Support RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and responses to technical queries.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects, delivery, and vendor teams.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Presales Consultant specializing in SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) to support enterprise networking and cybersecurity solution design, customer engagement, and presales activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SD-WAN and SASE technologies, along with the ability to understand customer requirements, design solutions, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business, networking, security, and connectivity requirements.
• Design and propose SD-WAN and SASE solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution assessments.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), solution architecture, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical proposals.
• Develop technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Support RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and responses to customer technical queries.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects, delivery, and vendor teams to develop suitable technical solutions.
• Explain solution architecture, benefits, scalability, security, and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during customer meetings, workshops, and commercial discussions.
• Stay updated on emerging SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, and cloud security technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• SD-WAN
• Strong understanding of SD-WAN architecture, deployment models, and solution design.
• Experience with application-aware routing, traffic optimization, path selection, and QoS.
• Knowledge of WAN technologies, MPLS, broadband, LTE/5G, VPN, and hybrid connectivity.
• Understanding of centralized management, orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise branch connectivity and multi-site network architecture.
• SASE / SSE / Network Security
• Strong understanding of SASE architecture and its integration with SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS).
• Understanding of Secure Access Service Edge, cloud-delivered security, identity-based access controls, and secure remote access.
• Knowledge of IPsec VPN, TLS/SSL inspection, security policies, and threat protection.
• Understanding of integration with cloud platforms, identity providers, and enterprise security infrastructure.
• Technical Presales
• Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or solution architecture for networking and cybersecurity solutions.
• Ability to conduct customer presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Experience preparing HLDs, solution proposals, BOMs, RFP/RFI responses, and technical compliance documents.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technically viable and commercially competitive solutions.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or enterprise customers.
