Job summary

Queen Elizabeth’s School, Dubai Sports City seeks a highly competent Facility Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and immaculate operation of the campus infrastructure. You will lead maintenance, safety, and vendor management to support world-class teaching and community life.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will develop preventative maintenance, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facility Management or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field desirable.
• Professional certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, IWFM) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' facilities management experience in educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and safety of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Supervise in-house staff and external contractors; ensure timely, high-quality work.
