Job summary

International Schools Partnership is seeking a Bus Nanny in Abu Dhabi to supervise children on the school bus and ensure a safe journey to and from school.

Role includes maintaining transport records, addressing behavioural issues, coordinating with the Transport Officer and Coordinator, and keeping School Management System data up to date. The position also requires keeping premises clean and adhering to safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in school operations or cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of each child on the school bus.
• Manage pupil behaviour in a positive manner.
• Report behavioural issues to the Transport Officer.
• Maintain records of pick up and drop off times.
• Report on transport issues to the Transport Coordinator.
• Take new student registration for transport service.
• Plan emergency transport requirements and other management needs.
• Ensure staff and parent satisfaction.
• Communicate with staff and parents where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of data in the School Management System.
• Inform Transport Officer of safeguarding issues.
• Keep all areas of the school spotlessly clean.
• Follow cleaning duty rota and responsibilities.
• Provide quality services for customer requirements.
• Take all necessary precautions to protect students, equipment, and facilities.
• First Aid experience and training.
