Job summary

Shanawaz Passenger Transport in Abu Dhabi is looking for responsible School Bus Drivers to provide safe transportation for students. You will ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Mobility (DOT), ADEK where applicable, and UAE traffic regulations.

The role requires pre-trip inspections, professional conduct with students and parents, timely pickups and drop-offs, and accurate trip records. A calm, customer-focused attitude and teamwork with the Operations Team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from schools or designated locations according to routes and schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly equipped before each trip.
• Adhere to all UAE traffic laws and Abu Dhabi Mobility (DOT) regulations governing school transportation.
• Drive responsibly and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
• Ensure students board and disembark the bus safely at designated stops.
• Report accidents, incidents, delays, or emergencies immediately to the Operations Team.
• Maintain accurate trip records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Cooperate with the Operations Department and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with students, parents, school staff, and company personnel.
