Position: Scale Man for Asphalt Plant

The Scale Man will be responsible for accurately weighing and recording the materials used in the production of asphalt, ensuring that the mix meets the required specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asphalt production processes and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• - Operate and maintain the scales used to weigh materials for asphalt production
• - Accurately weigh and record all materials used in the production of asphalt, including aggregates, asphalt binder, and additives
• - Monitor and adjust the scales as needed to ensure accurate measurements
• - Work closely with the plant operators to ensure that the correct materials are being used and that the asphalt mix meets the required specifications
• - Maintain detailed records of all materials used and report any discrepancies or issues to the plant manager
• - Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• - Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times
