Job summary

Wood is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee and coordinate on-site activities for large-scale projects in the Oil and Gas sector in the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and uphold quality and safety standards for high-profile clients.

With a minimum of 20 years in the industry and a strong track record in construction management, the Superintendent will bring expertise to manage substantial capital projects.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• At least 5 years on major capital projects (> 500 M USD).
• Experience within an Oil and Gas operating company preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.

• Using in-house construction management procedures and experience provide continuity and consistency of construction management with quality assurance and reliable control
• Oversees total construction field effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications budgets and schedules
