Job summary

Vega International FZC in Dubai seeks an experienced scaffolder to assemble and dismantle scaffolding according to project plans and safety regulations. You will ensure structural integrity and safe operations on site.

You will safely transport components, inspect for defects, and erect/dismantle platforms, requiring CISRS/OSHA certification and 1–2 years of hands-on scaffolding experience, with stamina to work at heights in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on scaffolding experience.
• Recognized scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, OSHA).
• Strong understanding of scaffolding principles and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project plans and safety regulations.
• Safely transport scaffolding components to and from work areas using lifting equipment.
• Inspect scaffolding for defects, damage, or wear and report issues immediately to supervisor.
• Erect and dismantle temporary platforms, walkways, and support systems for construction and maintenance projects.

• Inspect scaffolding for defects damage or wear and report any issues immediately to the supervisor for prompt repair.
• Erect and dismantle temporary platforms walkways and support systems for construction and maintenance projects.
• Possess a recognized scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, OSHA) demonstrating foundational knowledge.
• Have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience assisting in scaffolding operations or similar construction roles.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of scaffolding principles and safety best practices.
• Exhibit excellent physical stamina and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
