Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a data management and analytics expert in the UAE to lead end-to-end risk data handling, enabling robust regulatory and management reporting. You will consolidate data from various sources, apply SAS/SQL analytics, and support automation initiatives while troubleshooting data issues and ensuring accurate extracts for required reports.

The role requires 5–7 years of SAS programming experience in pharma/biotech, with strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM and ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive SAS programming experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• Proven expertise applying SAS (Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS Macro) to clinical trial data analysis and regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory submission requirements (CDISC SDTM/ADaM, ICH guidelines).
• Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and produce regulatory and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk data management: capture, organize, store and analyze data.
• Perform data analytics to support regulatory and management reporting.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and authorize necessary maintenance/modifications.
• Assist in data extraction (system/manual) and preparation for required reports.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and deliver in the agreed format using SAS and SQL.
• Execute BAU activities across applications and systems.
• Address CBUAE data requirements and look at automation as part of TO-BE process.
