Qualifications

• Proven ability to assess business processes and identify SAP-aligned changes.
• Experience validating processes are practical and executable on ground.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability in manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Process Assessment & Gap Identification: review designs, assess on-ground operations, identify gaps and daily workflow changes.
• Process Design Validation & Fitment: ensure designs are practical, maximize system fitment, drive standardization.
• Business Alignment: collaborate with business owners to validate changes and ensure ownership.
• UAT Process Readiness: ensure clear understanding and readiness of processes and scenarios for UAT.
