Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with strong SAP expertise to optimize Supply Chain processes through effective SAP solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, product teams and technical experts to analyze, design and improve SAP-enabled processes.

You will gather requirements, collaborate with teams, support data modeling, and drive change management and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or Business Analyst in SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD; experience with MM and FI is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain processes, including Order-to-Cash; warehousing, planning and transport knowledge is a plus.
• Experience across SDLC with Waterfall, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business, user and system requirements for SAP-supported Supply Chain processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Partner with architecture teams to support data modeling and process design.
• Build and share domain expertise and guidance on business analysis best practices.
• Manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders across functions.
• Facilitate workshops to define business needs and solution approaches.
• Prepare functional requirements and process artifacts documentation.
• Support UAT, data analysis and data profiling activities.
• Drive change management to support solution adoption.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
