Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment and Contract Staffing Agency seeks an experienced SAP Solution Architect for Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role demands end-to-end SAP architecture development, governance, and integration leadership across multiple entities.

Key expertise includes SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, and extensive experience with Finance, Procurement, HR modules, and CPI integration. GCC exposure is preferred for multi-country implementations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 15+ years of SAP Solution Architect experience across complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and Business AI capabilities.
• Strong ownership of solution design in greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI and integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive SAP solution architecture that aligns with the specific requirements of each entity.
• Design and validate end to end business and SAP solutions to optimize business processes, improve efficiency and enhance performance of system.
• Involvement in SAP implementation project, ensuring solution quality standards.
• Collaborate with ERP team to define roadmap, scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business processes and design solutions that address their needs.
• Technical leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with SAP best practice and industry standards
• Oversee the integration landscape between SAP solutions and third party systems, ensuring consistent and robust integration architecture
• Ensure architectural consistency and governance across all entities.
• Challenge and manage the RICEF/WRICEF developments within the SAP project.
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive data within SAP solution
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards across all entities
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and design specifications.
• Review and challenge vendor proposed designs to prevent over engineering and unnecessary customization.
• Act as an internal technical advisor on SAP BTP, RISE and Business AI
• Contribute to data migration architecture and integration strategy where required

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect, with strong ownership of solution design across complex environments.
• In depth knowledge of multiple industries and SAP modules/streams.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Business AI capabilities.
• Strong expertise in core SAP ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, and HR.
• Knowledge of the full SAP SuccessFactors suite.
• Proven experience in both greenfield and brownfield implementations across multiple countries.
• Strong project management skills with a successful track record of designing and delivering SAP solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI and integration architecture is required
• GCC experience is preferred
