Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP Senior FICO Consultant to bridge the global project team and Dubai-based business stakeholders. The role is based in Dubai with a hybrid work model and starts in November 2026 for a contract running until mid-February 2027.

You will bring strong SAP Finance and Procurement expertise, lead requirements gathering, and drive Fit-to-Standard deployments in an international program. Fluency in English and excellent stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP Finance and Procurement experience with multiple SAP project deliveries (Senior/Lead).
• Interface between global implementation teams and local business stakeholders.
• Experience gathering, validating, and challenging requirements within a Fit-to-Standard approach.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on data migration, testing, documentation, training, and hypercare support.
• Agile delivery and sprint-based project experience.
• Experience on international SAP programmes across regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

RED is supporting a global logistics client on a major OneSAP transformation programme and is looking for an experienced SAP Senior FICO Consultant to act as the key bridge between the global project team and local business stakeholders. Location: Dubai (Hybrid). Start: November 2026. Duration: Until mid-February 2027. Allocation: Full-time.

Key Requirements

• Strong SAP Finance and Procurement experience with at least 5 SAP project deliveries in a Senior or Lead Consultant capacity.
• Proven ability to act as the interface between implementation teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience gathering, validating, and challenging business requirements within a Fit-to-Standard approach.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, documentation, training, and hypercare support.
• Agile delivery and sprint-based project experience.
• Experience working on international SAP programmes across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
