Role Overview

As an SAP S/4HANA Specialist, you will lead implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance functions. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical SAP solutions, ensuring operational excellence and seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA in line with manufacturing business needs.
• Configure and customize relevant SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, WM, QM) for industry-specific workflows.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, supply chain, and finance teams to align SAP functionalities with business processes.
• Ensure data integration between SAP and plant-level systems such as MES, LIMS, and SCADA.
• Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance, and support audit readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
