The role requires deep programme management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage geographically distributed teams within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/programme management experience.
• 5+ years leading SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle SAP programmes.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP transformation programmes from mobilisation through hypercare and transition to support.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead SAP transformation programmes from mobilisation through hypercare and transition to support.
• Establish and maintain programme governance structures.
