Job summary

Westernacher Consulting GmbH is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead strategic transformation programmes, driving delivery across local, regional and global engagements. The role requires senior leadership of cross-functional teams, governance forums, and complex SAP transformations with a strong focus on scope, budget and timelines.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of project or programme management experience, at least 5 years in SAP implementations, and a track record of

Qualifications

10+ years of project or programme management experience.
5+ years leading SAP implementation projects.
Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle SAP programmes.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams and multiple workstreams.
Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP transformation programmes from mobilisation through hypercare and transition to support.
Establish and maintain programme governance structures.
Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
Manage programme milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
Monitor project performance and initiate corrective actions where required.
Drive adherence to agreed delivery methodology and governance standards.
