Job summary

IRISSTAR Technologies in Dubai is seeking a senior SAP Automotive specialist to lead Aftersales design and implementation across Service Management, Workshop Operations, Parts, and Warranty.

You will optimize SAP IS-Auto and Proaxia VSS with OEM integration, and perform ABAP debugging and configuration to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience and a track record of full lifecycle implementations using SAP Activate/Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP Automotive with hands-on IS-Auto, DBM, and specifically Proaxia VSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Aftersales SAP solutions end-to-end.
• Configure SAP IS-Auto modules and Proaxia VSS.
• Integrate with OEM systems, CRM, and middleware.
• Provide debugging and ABAP code analysis.

Job description

The Role: You will play a key role in solution design, implementation, and support for end-to-end Aftersales processes, including Service Management, Workshop Operations, Parts, and Warranty.

Experience: 5+ years in SAP Automotive, with strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Auto, DBM, and specifically Proaxia VSS.

Techno-Functional Strength: Ability to configure solutions and perform debugging/ABAP code analysis.

Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of Vehicle Service Management, Warranty Processing, and Service Appointments.

Integration Skills: Experience working with OEM systems, CRM, and middleware (Boomi, CPI, PI/PO).

Project History: 2-3 full lifecycle implementations (SAP Activate/Agile).
