Job summary

Employee Hub LLP in Dubai is hiring an SAP FICO Consultant with 12+ years of experience to drive financial and controlling processes in SAP FICO and S/4HANA environments. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP implementations, gather requirements, configure systems, and support go-live and post-go-live activities, while engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality results.

Immediate joiners preferred and on-site work in Dubai is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Implementation experience in SAP FICO S/4HANA with 3+ end-to-end projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Perform configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support for SAP projects.
