Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP CS Consultant to deliver customer service solutions using the SAP CS module in our Dubai practice.

You will customize SAP CS, configure service processes, and lead workshops for clients while supporting ongoing system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 9+ years of experience as an SAP CS consultant focusing on service management.
• Strong expertise in SAP CS: service orders, contracts, warranties, and service notifications.
• SAP CS certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Customize and enhance SAP CS functionalities to meet client requirements.
• Configure SAP CS processes: service orders, contracts, warranties, service notifications, and resource planning.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP CS functionalities and train end-users.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant to join our team. As an SAP CS Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service solutions to our clients and optimizing their service management processes using the SAP CS module.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and enhance SAP CS functionalities to address specific client requirements.
• Configure SAP CS processes, including service orders, contracts, warranties, service notifications, and resource planning.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP CS functionalities and train their end-users.
• Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and support activities to ensure SAP CS solutions’ ongoing stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS and its integration with other modules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of experience as an SAP CS Consultant, with a focus on service management.
• Strong expertise in SAP CS module, including service orders, contracts, warranties, and service notifications.
• SAP CS certifications are preferred.
