A leading technology firm is seeking a talented SAP CRM Consultant to optimize customer relationships in the Utilities sector. The role involves designing and configuring SAP CRM 7.0, ensuring integration with SAP ISU, and enhancing customer experience through the Interaction Center. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, with a focus on Utilities and strong knowledge of relevant SAP processes. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, with at least 3 years in Utilities sector (ISU).
• Experience with SAP CRM Service, Interaction Center (IC), Contract Management.
• Knowledge of SAP ISU processes such as billing and contract accounting (FICA).
• Hands-on experience with BDocs, IDOCs, RFCs, and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP CRM 7.0 for key modules within the Utilities sector.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP ISU optimizing essential processes.
• Enhance customer experience through effective implementation of CRM functionalities.
• Collaborate with business teams to optimize Billing and Contract Management processes.

Where you'll focus your expertise:

• You will design and configure SAP CRM 7.0 for key modules like Interaction Center Contract Management and Billing within the Utilities sector.
• You will ensure seamless integration between SAP CRM and SAP ISU optimizing processes such as meter reading invoicing and contract accounts.
• You will enhance the customer experience by implementing the Interaction Center (IC) and Customer Service modules to efficiently manage inquiries service orders and case management.
• You will collaborate closely with business teams to optimize CRM processes particularly in Billing and Contract Management to drive efficiency.
• You will customize BSP WebUI BAdIs Action Profiles and Partner Determination to develop tailored highimpact solutions.
• You will provide postgolive support resolving issues quickly and ensuring smooth CRM Middleware and BDoc operations.
• You will create userfriendly training materials and lead sessions to ensure endusers can easily master SAP CRM functionalities.

Qualifications :

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
• You bring over 5 years of experience in SAP CRM with at least 3 years focused on SAP CRM for Utilities (ISU).
• You have worked with SAP CRM Service Interaction Center (IC) Contract Management and Case Management and know how to apply these tools to deliver impactful solutions.
• You have a strong understanding of SAP ISU processes such as billing contract accounting (FICA) and meter management.
• You have integrated SAP ISU with SAP S/4HANA and thirdparty applications ensuring smooth system functionality.
• Youre comfortable working with ABAP BOL/GENIL WebUI BSP and Middleware for CRMISU data exchange.
• You have got handson experience with BDocs IDOCs RFCs and Web Services.
• If youve worked with SAP Fiori SAP BTP or cloudbased CRM solutions thats a bonus and will definitely set you apart!
