Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Finance & SAP Cloud Implementation Consultant for a three-month assignment in the UAE. The role combines finance expertise with SAP Cloud implementation across requirements gathering, testing, data migration, go-live and post-go-live support.

You will work with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure finance processes align with SAP best practices, perform fit-gap analyses, and deliver detailed financial reporting and dashboards using Excel.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience across Finance, Accounting and/or SAP Finance implementation.
Strong hands-on SAP Finance / FICO / S/4HANA or SAP Cloud implementation experience.
Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, testing, data migration and go-live.

Responsibilities

Support SAP Cloud implementation and finance transformation activities.
Gather and document business requirements from Finance and stakeholders.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and support finance process mapping.
Ensure finance processes align with SAP best practices and requirements.
Support testing, UAT, defect resolution and issue tracking.
Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation.
Support cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.
Provide functional support across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank, Cash/Treasury.
Prepare monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards and management reporting.
Deliver management presentations and support regulatory compliance.
