Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Finance & SAP Cloud Implementation Consultant for an initial three-month assignment in the UAE. The role combines strong accounting with practical SAP Cloud implementation experience to support the Finance team and the SAP programme.

You will work with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align processes with SAP Cloud, participate in requirements gathering, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities, and deliver management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience across Finance, Accounting and/or SAP Finance implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Finance / SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud implementation.
• Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, testing, UAT, data migration, cutover and go-live.
• Strong GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Reconciliations, Cash/Treasury, Budgeting and Financial Reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience creating management dashboards and KPI reports.
• Experience with Tax, VAT and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across Finance, IT, and SAP teams.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Cloud implementation and finance transformation activities.

Black Pearl Consult is hiring an experienced Finance & SAP Cloud Implementation Consultant for an initial three-month assignment in the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who combines strong accounting and financial management expertise with practical SAP Cloud implementation experience.

The successful candidate will support the Finance team and SAP implementation programme across finance process transformation, business requirements, testing, data migration, reporting and go-live activities.

About the Role

The consultant will work closely with Finance, IT, SAP implementation teams and business stakeholders to ensure finance processes are effectively aligned with the SAP Cloud solution.

The role will involve supporting the implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis through testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and post-go-live optimisation.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support SAP Cloud implementation and finance transformation activities.
  
• Gather and document business requirements from Finance and business stakeholders.

We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience across Finance, Accounting and/or SAP Finance implementation.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Finance / SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud implementation .
  
• Practical experience supporting business requirements, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, testing, UAT, data migration, cutover and go-live .
  
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Reconciliations, Cash/Treasury, Budgeting and Financial Reporting .
  
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills with advanced Excel .
  
• Experience preparing management accounts, KPI dashboards, Budget vs Actual analysis and management presentations.
  
• Good understanding of Tax, VAT and financial compliance .
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across Finance, IT and SAP implementation teams.
  
• Experience working with SAP implementation partners or consulting teams will be advantageous.
