Job summary

Naffco Flooring & Interiors is hiring a skilled installer to safely install sandwich panels, standing seam roofing, and related accessories at construction sites in Dubai. You will read drawings, measure precisely, and secure panels to meet project specs.

Experience with roofing, cladding, waterproofing, and working at heights is preferred. The role involves outdoor work and operating MEWPs/manlifts where required, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Install and secure roofing and wall panels per drawings.
• Read drawings and take precise measurements.
• Knowledge of roofing, cladding, and waterproofing.
• Able to work outdoors at heights.
• Experience with MEWPs/manlifts is an advantage.

• Install, measure, cut, align, and secure roofing and wall panels.




• Fit flashings, trims, gutters, clips, and accessories.




• Apply sealants and waterproofing materials to prevent leakage.




• Use hand tools, power tools, and seaming machines safely.




• Follow shop drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.




• Work safely at heights and operate manlifts or scissor lifts when required.

Requirements

• Relevant installation experience preferred.




• Basic ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.




• Knowledge of roofing, cladding, and waterproofing work.




• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.




• Experience operating MEWPs/manlifts is an advantage.
