Line Prefab Houses Industry L.L.C., a leading manufacturer of prefabricated buildings, site offices, labor camps, and modular structures, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and have strong knowledge of the UAE construction market. This role requires a professional who can actively generate new business, meet clients, and close sales opportunities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach new clients within the construction, contracting, and industrial sectors.
  • Present Line Prefab’s range of products and services professionally to clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with the estimating and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Visit sites, offices, and clients to build strong relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper reporting and documentation of all sales activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in prefab, construction materials, or related industries.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and confident in field sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
