Contacting new and existing customers through various channels (in-person, phone, email, video) to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a deep understanding of the products offered to effectively answer questions and make suitable recommendations.

Needs Assessment:

Understanding customer needs to highlight how the company's offerings can solve their problems.

Presenting products, demonstrating features, and negotiating prices and contract terms to close sales and achieve targets.

Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.

Staying informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
