The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Sales Cloud, and various Salesforce components. Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Sales Cloud to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in client discussions to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  • Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions, focusing on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Build and configure FSL components — Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Integrations, etc.
  • Set up Scheduling & Optimization, Dispatcher Console, Service Objectives, and Work Rules.
  • Manage Work Order & Service Appointment lifecycles, including bulk scheduling, dispatch, and rescheduling.
  • Configure Field Service Mobile App (including offline capabilities) and integrate with Salesforce/third‑party mobile tools.
  • Handle Resource Management, Contractors, Timesheets, Inventory, and Preventive Maintenance setups.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and post‑implementation support.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Must have experience configuring Live Chat/Omni-Channel.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is an added advantage.
