You will respond to leads quickly, schedule intake sessions, and work closely with our BCBAs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
• Great communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized (you love ticking things off your to-do list).
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within 20 minutes and keep track of calls.
• Update and maintain accurate lead details.
• Schedule and confirm intake sessions quickly and smoothly.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to send treatment plans after intake.
• Work with Admin team to get accurate quotes sent to clients.
• Check in with leads and support conversions.
• Keep data clean and share weekly updates.
