The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Managers within CNS – Middle East's Dubai office. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and delivering technology-driven solutions aligned with client needs. The Sales Manager will oversee strategic account planning, client relationship management, and the execution of sales initiatives across multiple verticals, including government, enterprise, and commercial sectors. The role demands strong leadership, market insight, and a deep understanding of the system integration landscape in the Middle East.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within IT / technology / system integration.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding multimillion AED sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT solutions, system integration, and services in the Middle East market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long‑term client relationships and drive strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
