Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve personal sales targets and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds agreed monthly and annual targets.
- Motivate coach and support the sales team to optimize performance and achieve maximum productivity.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports including retail fleet and individual team member performance breakdowns.
Customer Relationship & After-Sales Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints ensuring timely resolution and excellent after‑sales support.
- Ensure that customers receive high‑quality service at every stage of the sales process to build long‑term loyalty.
Coordination & Operations Management
- Supervise coordination with the Service Center and Parts Department regarding orders work in progress and deliveries through the Sales Coordinator.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager for updates on new vehicle stock allocation and availability.
- Oversee the work of drivers concerning vehicle registrations, cheque deposits, deliveries and vehicle collection from the service center.
- In the absence of the Sales Coordinator perform vehicle receiving inspections to ensure quality and readiness for delivery.
Sales Process & Reporting
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.
- Collate and review daily work orders from the sales team including GTVs and PDI requests and forward them to relevant departments.
- Supervise and verify sales team documentation ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate before submission.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the line manager.
Showroom Management & Merchandising
- Oversee showroom product displays, promotional setups and general upkeep to ensure an inviting and professional customer environment.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards in terms of merchandising, cleanliness and overall customer experience.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with the company’s Quality Health Safety and Environmental Management System (QHSEMS).
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the line manager consistent with the role and capabilities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market, showroom operations and vehicle sales processes.
