A leading FMCG company is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive sales and manage a team for their Jomara brand in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of FMCG sales experience in the Middle East, excellent client relations skills, and a Graduate Degree. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, optimizing product displays, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Reports to: Trade Marketing and Sales Manager
The Sales Supervisor sells, supervises, and stimulates demand for company’s FMCG brand i.e., “Jomara” to applicable region on the regular basis in a defined manner in UAE. He or she will do this through consistent service, sharing food/FMCG experience and is supported by a proactive team of Sales Executives & Merchandizers.
The Sales Supervisor contributes to the sales of Jomara products in UAE by 1) being fully responsible for the sale in allocated region and includes checking product availability, supervising cleanliness standards, maintaining merchandising, optimizing display facings, products’ expiry damage and launch, managing promotions as advised by National Sales Manager. 2) By requesting Purchase Orders based on product movement 3) overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of daily deliveries 4) Ensure full display at rented places 5) Ensure that Sales Executives and Merchandisers are adhering to planograms.
This Sales Supervisor works closely with the National Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator and Sales Encoder. His focus is to achieve sales targets and ensure availability of the products.
The Sales Supervisor will have basic sales skills, market knowledge, good relations within industry and awareness of the area.
