Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to lead day-to-day sales operations and drive revenue across all market segments. You will supervise the Sales team, implement standards and strategies, and ensure targets are achieved.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role within hospitality, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and Russian language skills. You will collaborate with regional teams and participate in site inspections and business

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership role, preferably hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales or related field preferred
• Russian language proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the Sales team across all market segments.
• Support the Director of Sales in implementing departmental standards, strategies and guidelines.
• Assume responsibility for the Sales Department in the absence of the Director of Sales.
• Lead the department’s financial, administrative and operational activities under the Director’s guidance.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, annual business plans, revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Manage and develop top-producing MICE accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Develop and monitor sales strategies to achieve Rooms and F&B revenue goals.
• Conduct regular sales calls, account reviews and market analysis.
• Welcome and manage hotel site inspections when needed.
• Train and coach Sales team members for performance and growth.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and regional sales teams.
