KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission :
This Sales & Retail Operations Executive role supports the Brand Director in starting and building the Vhernier regional structure in the Middle East, Dubai office.
You will contribute to all activities required in building a new brand and business operation, such as new Boutique opening, operations and supply chain, office organization and the business integration into the Richemont platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Support :
- Support the Brand Manager in the planning of all business-related matters where needed.
- Act as point of contact for boutiques and wholesale partners coordinating boutique teams, HQ, logistics teams, and partners on upcoming shipments and back orders
- Review the stock level of each POS / availability of productsgetting monthly sell-in, sell-out, and stock reports
- Monitor that each POS has the right products assortment
- Follow up on clients’ statements with the HQ finance team and partners
- Operations :
- Collaborate with HQ on VM and POS materials and handle required logistics across all channels.
- Handle merchandising and logistics for travelling collections together with HQ.
- Support in the handling of customer events, trunk shows and PR events from an administrative and logistical perspective.
- Support in the business integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system, act as SAP key user.
- Support the boutique teams ensuring availability of PLV, uniforms, packaging, and consumable orders at each POS
- Store Development & Planning :
- Support the Brand Director in opening the Boutiques in MEIA from planning to construction stage
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders, like security, architects, vendors and suppliers
Job profile :
- Business school / commercial or financial background
- 5 years of working experience in a similar position in the luxury retail industry
- Strong business analysis and analytical skills, data-driven profile
- High flexibility, self-awareness and agile working attitude
- Very organized, attention to details
- Collaborative, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can-do mindset, ability to suggest new ideas and act quickly
- Understanding of the retail industry, previous experience in the luxury business would be a plus
- Fluent in English
